DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
 
Memimpin, mengorganisasi, mengkoordinasi, mensinkronisasi, memonitor dan mengevaluasi seluruh kegiatan TIM Sales Executive, dengan mengacu kepada standar Key Performance Indicator and Measurement (KPIM):
 
1. Setiap SALES SUPERVISOR memimpin TIM yang terdiri dari 2 Sales Executive (SX)
  • Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan harian Sales Executive (SX)
  • Memproyeksikan rencana penjualan harian Sales Executive (SX) berdasarkan TARGET yang sudah ditentukan.
  • Memantau dan mengevaluasi efektivitas kegiatan dan hasil pencapaian penjualan harian dan periode berjalan Sales Executive (SX).
  • Memberikan bimbingan, pengarahan, motivasi, coaching dan sesi TEAM BUILDING secara rutin.
 
2. Secara INDIVIDU, ikut melaksanakan kegiatan Direct Call & Customer Visit secara rutin, terencana dan sistematis.
  • Membina hubungan baik secara personal kepada owner maupun decision maker.
  • Melakukan aktivitas penjualan rutin dan/atau menindaklanjuti inquiry dari pelanggan.
  • Melakukan sales call dan review secara berkala serta mencari peluang penggunaan baru melalui proyek-proyek yang baru.
  • Mengumpulkan informasi yang relevan untuk melengkapi semua data yang harus dicantumkan dalam CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
  • Problem solving, menangani complain & claim.
  • Memperkenalkan produk baru.
  • Menawarkan dan mensosialisasikan program promosi.
 
3. Pengembangan pasar
  • Mencari new leads dan prospect customer baru.
  • Menggarap wilayah pemasaran baru.
  • Membangun database customer yang detail dan fungsional untuk menunjang proses pengambilan keputusan yang terkait dengan bidang pemasaran.
 
REQUIREMENT
 
  • Usia max. 28 tahun.
  • Pendidikan minimal S1, fresh graduate atau pengalaman min. 2 tahun dibidang pemasaran/penjualan, lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman dibidang penjualan produk yang berhubungan dengan percetakan.
  • Mempunyai POSITIVE MINDSET, mampu menyelaraskan dan memupuk VISI PERUSAHAAN di dalam memimpin TIM.
  • Memiliki PEOPLE SKILL yang baik dan mampu mengelola crisis/conflict dengan wawasan yang luas (broad and helicopter point of view).
  • Mempunyai kemampuan LEADERSHIPS yang baik, mampu memimpin TIM yang dinamis.
  • Terbiasa bekerja bersama TIM dan mencapai TARGET, Result and process oriented.
